Service Description
Tracklane is a B2B SaaS platform that enables you to track partners and referrers that send traffic to booking calendars. Our service includes creating unique tracking links, managing partners, and attributing bookings to partners.
Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee for your selected plan
- Automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- No partial refunds for unused portions of your billing period
All billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Availability / No Guarantees
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracklane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
